How it Works

12 Paws Ice Cream is a tiny ice cream operation. We create unique ice cream flavors on a (mostly) weekly basis. Flavors aren't often repeated, and pints are in limited supply. 

How to Order

1. Sign up for our mailing list and/or follow us on Instagram or Facebook to see weekly flavor announcements and ordering details. New flavors are typically announced at the beginning of the week and will also be updated here.

2. Set an alarm for the weekly drop time: usually Friday's at 12PM. These pints usually sell fast, so you'll want to do your best to have your payment information ready to go when the clock strikes. 

3. At checkout, you'll be able to choose a date and time for your pickup or delivery. You'll receive details for your pickup via email. You can see our standard pickup locations here (the days and times listed are subject to change, so you'll want to go with what you selected at checkout). Be sure you set a reminder for the pickup of your choice, and make note of our No Show Policy. 

No Show Policy

24-hour notice is required to reschedule a pickup. Failure to pick up your pint(s) at your scheduled pick-up will result in a forfeited pint without a refund, barring an emergency situation.

12 Paws patrons are highly encouraged to set reminders to avoid missing a pickup. Pickup details are sent automatically, in a separate email from order confirmation.

We ask for such advance notice of reschedules in order to: proactively coordinate ice cream transportation, avoid product degradation, and free up our extremely limited freezer space. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
